Improved a new type of swing hydraulic cylinder

In  recent years, our company has increased our own technological transformation. Our company recently modified an old type to a new type of swing hydraulic cylinder. The moving cylinder is a tightly assembled accessory that swing hydraulic cylinder with a very high torque in a very small space.The principle of swing hydraulic cylinder is to drive the reciprocating motion of the swing hydraulic cylinder through the rack gear, into the positive and negative swing rotation of the gear shaft, while the reciprocating cylinder thrust into the output torque of the gear shaft.Since the swing Angle of the gear shaft is proportional to the length of the rack, the swing Angle of the gear shaft can be arbitrarily selected and can be greater than 360°. This double rack and swing oil hydraulic cylinders, including four cylinder bottom, four cylinder, inner hexagon screws, four two-rack and pinion flange, four enclosures. There are four ports in enclosure , left and right side of the left and right side of the box with four flange connected to four cylinder respectively, the port of left and right side of the inside all install one O-ring, four flange respectively through the socket head cap screw fixed connection with enclosure, then four cylinder body are fixed at the end of the bottom of the cylinder, the inner cavity of box body is installed with two tapered roller bearings.The double-rack swing cylinder communicates with each oil hole set on the front of the box, increasing the stability of high-pressure fluid flow.

According to the requirements of our customers-Xi’an Hangtian research institution to desigh this swing hydraulic cylinder . And now we finished it perfectly. This one is 100°,also can more degrees if custom need.

1、It’s look more beautiful and cleanly

2、There’s some oil pipe are inside this hydraulic cylinder , then can reduce the points which will let the oil out.

3、Because some oil pipes are inside the box, outside’s length reduced , this hydraulic cylinder will take lesser space to work, avoid the area where will be damaged.

4、Cause the oil pipes are inside, this design makes the box to absorb the heat from oil. Then can improved a huge time of using.
